Steam Generator and Direct Steam Injection (DSI) Heater for the production and direct injection of pyrogenic-free pure steam into the circulating water to obtain more rapid heat transfer, resulting in more efficient energy usage. The steam generator has a simple but robust design that minimizes maintenance and downtime to ensure availability of steam anytime it is needed. They meet the following specifications:
Power: (to be adapted to the thermal capacity and optimized to/for a minimal energy consumption scheme), 380V/50Hz/3phase
Output product: Pure Steam
Steam saturated temperature: (170-184) °C
Target Jacket water temperature: 105°C.
Type of Direct Steam Injection: Internal Modulation.
Water loop pressure: to be determined by the manufacturer. Note: steam pressure is at least between 0.68-1.37 Bar greater than the water pressure at the point of injection.
Steam injection tube, nozzles/diffusers to be included.
Steam & cooling water flowmeters to be included.
Styles: Preferably vertical (due to site space constraint).
Steam generator’s working pressure: to be proposed by the manufacturer; Safety Valve Pressure: (when fully opened) also to be proposed by the manufacturer.
Feed water pump system with its components (motor, valves, impellers, gaskets, etc.) and spares.
The steam generator’s furnace body and all pipe fittings must have been treated with anti- corrosion and is long life heat resistant.
The electric heating tube to be made of thick- walled stainless-steel tube (SUS316L), with a high temperature resistance up to 1000°C.
Dismountable materials input pipe assembly is provided.
Multiple chain safety protection functions.
Water level transmitter/level controller preferably by a mechanical floating ball.
