Vertical Yeast Centrifuge Separator used to separate yeast from fermented broth (2-phase separator). It meet the following specifications:
Material: High Grade Stainless Steel with high strength and good corrosion resistance.
Dimension (mm): Ideally low space occupation: 850x850x1200
Bowl Diameter: 300-440mm
Drum speed: up to 8000rpm; G force/Separator Factor: 8105-12409G
Capacity (Liquid Through Output): ±1000L/hr
Motor power: low energy consumption is preferred, also be explosion proof; 380V/50Hz/3phase
Output mode: Centripetal pump.
Control System: Preferably automatic (PLC Control with independent touch screen)/semi-automatic is also acceptable: it control the start, stop, emergency stop, and current monitoring in real time. It include four alarm system functions: vibration alarm, speed alarm, insufficient slag discharge value alarm, and drum leakage alarm.
Processing material: Fermented broth for yeast removal and recycling.
Centrifuge Type: Disc Centrifuge. provide a complete set of drum discs as spares. The sludge discharge tank/container to be connected to the yeast recuperation and treatment tank with H2SO4 (Sulphuric Acid, pH=2), while the cleaning liquid outlet pipe is redirected to the intermediary storage tank awaiting distillation.
Separation mode: Sedimentation Type (liquid- solid separation).
