Circular Vibrating Sieve/Screener:
Wet vibrating sieve/screener with three- dimensional motion for sugarcane juice filtration (liquid-solid filtration/separation). It meet the following specifications:
Material: all parts in contact with the sugarcane juice to be made of stainless steel, including wire meshes.
Heat resistant as it will filter solution from the first juice treatment tank (hot juice, temperature above 50°C).
Processing/Handling Capacity: 200-300 L/h.

Effective screen surface/area (±0.65m2) and Screen filter size (100μm for the upper deck’s wire mesh; then followed by 23μm for the intermediate deck’s wire mesh) ensuring a Classification efficiency: >95%

The rotary vibrating screen automatically discharges impurities and coarse materials.
Provide a collector pipe to transfer the filtered sugarcane juice and other collector pipes for harvesting filtered impurities or coarse materials.
