Tank's net volume (net capacity): 60L.

Product wetted seals: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer).
Product wetted O-ring: Silicone
Overall unit design and core components: this tank is a cylindrical container with a flat bottom and top cover equipped with breathing filters and a membrane sample valve for aeration and product transfer. A micro sample port to enable aseptic introduction of pure dry yeast culture through the empty filter housing.
Heating way: Electric hot plate (380V/50Hz/3phase).
Thermometer (Temperature transmitter), and Pressure release valve and Pressure gauge required.
High purity Oxygen gas (O2) contained within an Oxygen cylinder to be provided as a source of sterile air.
It is a vertical insulated jacketed tank.

Ensure safe conditions during transfer of yeast culture, easy to clean, and handy construction, easy to transport.
Any other useful accessories such as a syringe (150-200ml) for liquid yeast transfer for culture into the Carlsberg flask, Silicone hoses, 2-wheel trolley, breathing and aeration spare filters
